The Structure

Mulino di Bairo, immersed in the green countryside with the Graian Alps as a frame in the background, has been completely renovated by the current owners, grandchildren of the last miller. During the restoration works, the original architectural elements have been preserved. The millstones room has remained intact and today it is a welcoming common area, with the 3 old millstones, where guests can relax reading a good book or chatting, warmed by the warmth of the stove in the winter months, immersed in an atmosphere of other times.
What was once the stable today is the breakfast room. The old sawmill, expertly recovered and closed by a large window, has become an open space room and preserves inside an old industrial building of the late '800. Going up the floor leads to 5 of the 9 rooms, from here a suspended walkway brings us back inside the millstone room, overlooked by the other 4 rooms, arranged on two floors.
On the first floor of the millstones room there is a pleasant covered terrace, with comfortable sofas, where you can enjoy a regenerating break admiring the nature that surrounds you and the river that flows or have breakfast on summer mornings. The structure is easily accessible to disabled people for whom a suitable room is arranged. Particular attention is paid to the little guests, for them an internal corner has been created with games and books. Outside a large green lawn where children can play and have fun. On request, some bicycles are available to venture through the little traffic streets of the surrounding countryside.
